So you’ve probably obsessed about having cellulite… and been searching for a way to get rid of cellulite right? Guess what? You can now actually do something about it.
But first thing is first, fitness. We know! It sounds exhausting already but minimizing body fat (subcutaneous fat) while enhancing muscle firmness, especially in the legs, is key to not having cellulite. Too much fat and too little muscle gives you cellulite.
So where many women make the mistake is engaging in heavy cardio workouts with the thought that they will then lose the cellulite. What they forget is cellulite is the combination of too much fat and too little muscle… which isn’t very effective from the cardio side. What you should be doing is strength training along with the aerobic/cardio training. This is really key to minimizing the appearance of cellulite.
Unfortunately, there is no quick fix for cellulite. All the pills, creams and magic soap scorers in the world will not aid cellulite reduction. Training is the most effective and perhaps the only way.
What we know and have from proven research and also doesn’t cost a thing is… making simple changes to your diet and workout routine. This can go a long way.
However, here are a few more tips:
Heard of WATER?
The most important thing in the world is water and you should consider that for cellulite reduction, drinking lots of water is going to reduce it. Do you really want to see how effective it is? Why not start by drinking more than 3 litres of water daily and for the best results… squeeze 2-3 lemons in the water. You should see super-fast changes in just a few days.
TIP: Right after you have woken up, try to drink about half a litre of your lemon water… and then throughout the day try and drink the remaining 2 and half litres of water. If you want to drink more don’t worry, it is OK too drink more.
Drinking lots of water will have a great effect on your cellulite, it will also keep your lower body hydrated and will reduce bloating and keep bad water out from your body, and after just a few days of drinking 3 litres of watery, you will start to see your cellulite reducing drastically.
Heard of dry brushing?
Dry brushing is one of the simplest ways to get rid of cellulite in your thighs. Although several people argue with its effectiveness because it isnt backed by scientific evidence.
The process of dry brushing improves blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, and removes the build-up of toxins from body. Plus, it is believed that the improved blood flow to the skin makes it appear plump, thus reducing the appearance of cellulite.
Can you eat Cayenne Pepper?
Did you know Cayenne pepper is a fat-burning food? It has the ability to naturally heat up the body, increase blood circulation and boost metabolism. Plus, it helps get rid of bad skin cells and replace them with strong healthy cells.
In addition, regular consumption of cayenne pepper can help eliminate toxins from the body and reduce the appearance of cellulite in the thighs.
How to make it: Add one or two teaspoons of cayenne pepper powder, one teaspoon of grated ginger and fresh-squeezed juice from one lemon to a glass of warm water and mix it well. Drink the cellulite detox drink once or twice daily for one or two months.
