My daughter rides horses on the West Coast and so spends many hours each day under harsh sun. In addition she has a dry and sensitive skin (from a skin treatment). She is now in her second month of taking the Heliocare Ultra Oral Capsules on a daily basis. The results have been outstanding. She no longer has sunburn which used to be a major problem for her and her skin and complexion have improved. She uses the Oral Capsules in conjunction with the Heliocare Sunscreen Spray. Last Saturday she attended the Afrikaans Opi Platteland Fees at Malmesbury and spent most of the day in the sun in temperatures of 40 degrees. She had no sunburn whatsoever, whilst many people had to have treatment for sunburn from the First Aid Emergency crew. The product is highly recomended.
